In the 1970's Marlin's parents, Victor and Florence Groff began purchasing properties in Kinzer, PA and made continual improvements to them over the years. After Victor died in 1992 Florence continued to manage them but has started to sell them to her sons.

Florence still manages 13 units herself and has continued to purchase and renovate other properties. The most recent property she purchased in 2006 and completely renovated is at 8 North Kinzer Rd. Click here to see a
